The webinar “Green financing and European taxonomy. What alignment?” is being organized by the Intermediaries and Supervised Companies Committee of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.

The event aims to provide information on loans aligned with the European taxonomy of environmentally sustainable economic activities, based on what was approved by the European Commission in April 2021 and formally adopted in June 2021. These loans can be granted both for existing assets with certain energy performances and for assets that must be repositioned with objectives – for example – of reducing the demand for primary energy and consequent reduction of CO2 emissions. During the works, the theme relating to the construction of sustainability objectives, essential for the granting of loans, will be addressed, which can be both at the level of use of the proceeds of the loan and at the overall level of the vehicle.
